This is my first theme to publish on shopify store, and one of the requirement of publishing a theme is to have a demo store with catalog that I have legal right to use, however I don’t really have one, I used scraped one for testing purposes but doesn’t seem to work in for theme approval, could you please tell me what are your options for the demo theme store catalog?

Thanks for posting your query.
To enable the See More/View All button on the featured collection of the home page.
Go to Customize Theme>Featured Collection.
You will see the option to enable the VIEW All button there.
Check the attached Screenshot.
