How to handle a fraudulent Shopify expert?

I hired Shopify Export thru Shopify platform, he took 500$ and sent me fake report about store.Now Expert is not answering my call and Shopify is also not doing anything.

Kindly advise where to reach in this case.

You should be able to report the Shopify expert, make sure present some evidence. You can also leave review, and explain in detail on what happened to the said Shopify expert.

To contact Shopify Support:

  1. Click this link, Contact Shopify Support, and log in to your store.

  2. You should be routed to the page like the image below.

  1. Then select Starting Store. This will open another page like below.

  1. Scroll down and you should see the options to contact Shopify Support.
