I put together this video a few days on speed improvements for Shopify. I’ve found that page speed scores have been pretty unreliable when it comes to actually measuring page speed. What do you think?

Regarding the issue of improving the store’s speed, I think you should follow Google’s definitions and guidelines. Google will assess the store’s speed most accurately based on its environment and tools. You can refer to this doc link: https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/v5/about#crux
