How to initiate a live chat with Shopify support?

Hi, I urgently need to contact Shopify but the Support Portal keeps asking me to log in over and over. How do I get to start a live chat? Tia

To contact our live support team, you can visit our help centre here and choose either the Login or the Continue without logging in option. From there, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to be taken to a page where you can choose your preferred method of contact with our team.

If you’re still having issues trying to login to your account on our help centre, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Try accessing our help centre from an incognito window.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Try another browser. For example, if you’re using Chrome, you can login to our help centre on Safari or Firefox
  • Use another device, such as your mobile or a tablet

Alternatively, you can also select the Continue without logging in option on our help centre, and our live support team can attempt to authenticate you against the correct store.

What is the issue you’re needing help with? If it’s an account-specific matter, our live support team is best equipped to support you with those queries. I tried every solution you have provided but to no avail. I also tried emailing support@shopify but the ticket isn’t created.

I have some urgent issues including Shopify Bills, how can I get support via live chat or even email?

To confirm, the email address of support@shopify.com no longer accepts incoming messages. Because of this, you’ll need to contact our team via the help centre for any account-specific enquiries, which includes billing matters.
