I am currently running debut theme
what I am trying to do is have my announcement bar telling my customers about free shipping on orders over $100 to show up at the top of all the pages. At the moment it is only showing up on the home page.

right now as you can see it does appear on the homepage here:
however if for example you go to a collection page like this one it disappears:
this same thing also occurs on search pages, shopping cart pages etc… as you can test by going to the website.
