Like many other stores we are having an issue with customers being logged out too soon. I can see from other posts on this same issue that Shopify uses the _secure_session_id cookie to keep customers logged in, that this expires after 24 hours, and that this is an HttpOnly cookie which we cannot modify from our end. The most recent post I read on this was dated about a year ago so I’m just wondering if anyone has found any solutions to this? It doesn’t look like Shopify is interested in changing it despite lots of feedback about it but has anyone found a good app or anything to change this? I know I’m clutching at straws a bit…
