How to Make COD Primary Payment Option and Show Courier Options at Checkout for Bulgarian Customers?

Hi, I’m trying to achieve two things on my Shopify store for Bulgarian customers:

  1. Set Cash on Delivery (COD) as the Default Payment Option: I want COD to be the preselected payment method at checkout, while still allowing customers to choose card payment as a secondary option.

  2. Add Courier Selection for Speedy and Econt: Once customers enter their shipping address, I’d like a dropdown to appear, allowing them to select either home delivery or a nearby Speedy/Econt office location for pickup.

Additionally, I need to include a small fee (1 BGN) for choosing COD, in addition to the regular shipping cost.

AND DON’T TELL ME SHOPIFY DOES NOT ALLOW IT, AS I CAN SHOW SOME EXAMPLES OF BULGARIAN BRANDS THAT ACHIEVE THIS!
