So the part where product is displayed you want to make it a slider?
If I am hopefully getting it correct, then that will need custom coding in that particular section or you can create a new section from this pre-made section and make the adjustments on the new one.

You will find a lot of tutorials on YouTube to make that slider effect. They all probably show a js library like swiper.js, slider.js or any other library which is more effecient then writing lot of code. It becomes time time effecient.
But you will have to have some knowledge of coding to apply that on your store as you will find a lot of videos but not specific to your requirements so you must understand some code to apply that to your store. Hope you get the point.
It isn’t tough when it comes to logic, in terms of logic this is a simple one it’s just the implementation with code
