How to manage multi-part purchase orders in Shopify?

Hi

I use the Shopify Purchase Order feature which I find great. Up to now, all my products arrive as one product so purchase orders are straightforward as they directly relate to a single SKU.

I’ll soon have a product which is made up of 5 parts from 5 different manufacturers.

Do you know of an app that can handle the 5 PO’s and then convert them into 1 Shopify SKU?
