How to modify header color in the Craft theme?

Hi,

I’m using the free theme Craft. I’ve seen a few posts in the discussion forum discussing modifying the color of headers in various Shopify discussions, however I have yet to find one using the Craft theme.

I’m pretty familiar with using CSS but I have not been able to find which file contains CSS for the header in the Craft theme. I’m looking to replace the header color. The site is not yet live but I can supply a password to view the site privately. https://francesayersdesigns.com

Anybody that can help?

  • Ideally, you should change it in the header section (header1) (Screenshot 1)
  • If you want to override you can do it in - Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code > Assets > base.css > Scroll all the way down and add a new class to override the color as in the screenshot 2
