How to optimize Dawn 5.0 theme image banner for different devices?

Hey,

We are trying to improve the presentation of the images on our Dawn 5.0 Theme:

As you can see from the images I have supplied for both Desktop & Mobile, our ‘Image Banner’ at the top of the store is sized correctly on Desktop, however this image on Mobile is adapted to be very narrow and we would prefer to have a separate 3:2 ratio image to show for mobile for the ‘Top Image Banner’.

ALSO:

We have the issue that we have a separate image on the bottom of the page to outline our ‘Youtube Certification’ and this works well on Mobile and is viewed in a 3:2 aspect ratio, however on Desktop it seem to be scaled to the full length of the webpage, so we want this to be a more reasobale scale like header image banner when viewed on desktop.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated!

Now when you upload 2nd image it will show on mobile and first image will show on desktop.
