How to print packing slips for online orders?

Hello,

I am about to launch my website, but I am stuck at a point where my orders come in and I see them in Shopify Orders, but I can’t print packing slips. It charges for a second and then a pop up blocks.

And it also seems like DHL Parcel is not linked properly, or I don’t know how to get my orders to them. Sorry it’s a bit blurry and I have been looking for so long and I’m quite lost right now.
