I have tried many antitheft apps to protect my store images, however both of them will disable zoom functionality.
I was wondering if there is another way to product image without sacrificing zoom function

Do not waste your time.
Frankly, there is no way to really protect them. If you block the right-click, it’s still possible to get the URL from the HTML code and download the image.
Or one can screenshot the browser window as a simple way to do it!

You can protect your store images without losing zoom functionality by using simple custom code to disable right-click, which doesn’t affect zoom. I apologise I didn’t make it clear enough. that’s fine for me if my image is being copied at lower resolution.
But I will never accept someone copy my image with original high resolution, what’s even worse is that they use the stolen pictures to do resell in their own store.
Unfortunately, there is no good reliable method to prevent this. Watermark embedded in the image is probably the only option.
Disabling right-click will deter only the most naive people.
Real fraudsters do not use browsers – they use automated crawling/mirroring tools which fetch HTML code from your site, get image links and download/hot-link your images.
