How to reclaim refunded money when customers receive their orders?

I got two customers that by mistake, the system gave them a refund and they both received their order. I tried contacting both of them to charge them again because they both already have the product, but the money was refunded to them. Both of them have been ignoring emails and calls avoiding me to charge the money. I don’t know what to do. I am basically being robbed and no one has been able to help me get the money back.

It really depends on the payment processor used to initiate a refund. If you use Shopify Payments as a payment processor, I don’t think refunds can be revoked.
