First of all you should log in to your Shopify admin panel and go to Settings → Notifications. Then, scroll down to the Order Notifications section and hit disable next to the entry with your email address on it. This way at least they will not see any sales emails. Second thing you should do is:
From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Plan and permissions or Users and permissions.
Click the staff’s name.
Click Delete staff or Remove staff to permanently delete the staff from your store. …
Click Delete or Remove

Step 3: Remove Full Permission
