My store was frozen for a while, and I am now ready to reopen and start selling again. However, every time I try to continue my plan or start a new plan, a error in red pops up saying 'Please Contact Support"
I have all the funds available to pay, and would very much like to continue to sell online!
You’ll need to contact Shopify Support to troubleshoot this further. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, manually typing your search question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
