How to set up a monthly subscription for a gym training store?

Hi everyone I am looking to start up a store for personal gym training and I was wondering how/if it is possible to set up a subscriptions method so my customer can go on a training planning that charges them on the 1st of every month for example?

Yes this is totally possible in Shopify.

Is there a specific reason it needs to be the 1st of every month? You can just have the billing cycles work for whenever they signup.

You will need an app like ReCharge, Bold Subscriptions or Awtomatic.
