How to set up a product requiring initial measurement kit?

We are going to be selling a product that initially requires a physical measuring kit to be sent (think Oura ring where you order the product and initially get sent the measuring kit to then order the right size). Does anyone have any suggestions how we could set this up? We want users to pay one price but then enter their measurement to get the product after.

Hi @beatkeeping ,

You can consider add some custom options on your product page similar to the Oura ring’s Sizing Kit using the Easify Product Options app. Here’s a quick demo :blush: :

  • Create a new option set
  • Add an option asking customers if they want a sizing kit or prefer choosing from available sizes, using the Buttons option type.

  • Add an option for customers to select a specific size if they choose “Choose Your Size” also using the Buttons option type. Implement Conditional Logic so that these size options only appear when “Choose Your Option” is selected.

  • Finally, associate the option set with the relevant product(s):

Thanks but this won’t really work as they need to come back later and order the product with the measurement after initially receiving the measuring device

Hi, I ended up selling a starter pack and then used an add on to add credit to their account to buy the finished product
