How to set up or change account to non profit status?

I have an existing account that I set up during the pandemic but didn’t use, and now need to get this finished and set up for use with a new website; how do I connect with someone at Shopify and send information to qualify for a non profit account for credit card transactions/point of sale? Thank you and please!
