Good afternoon all,
I’m a newbie in Shopify. I have created a store with basic plan and sample products. However when I tested the checkout page, there is no place for entering/selecting shipping address nor Shipping link on the top (between Information and Payment), as my screenshot below.
You please advise me how to fix this matter? and how to configure the Settings correctly?

I also have this issue but when i scroll down i found there. Things are shuffle from top to botton or bottom to top. Check correctly!!

Welcome to Shopify! Thank you for your post, I’m happy to help you out.
I first recommend that you check your product details and ensure that it is marked as a physical product. We have this differentiation since some people only sell digital products that don’t need to be shipped. You can check this out in your admin by clicking Products on the left-hand side of your screen, then opening your product, and scrolling down to the Shipping section. Here you can see examples from my test store of a physical product vs a non-physical product:
Once you edit that, the option to input a shipping address and select a shipping rate should appear at checkout.
Once that’s taken care of, I recommend looking over your shipping rates and making sure they’re set to the rates you want them at.
