Hi all, I’m currently working to improve a Shopify store for a client. They deal with pet food and were wondering if there’s some way to create a form for customers to fill out for their pets (pet’s birthday, pet’s food preferences, etc.) and then also to store that data in order to use it to create more customized marketing campaigns. So my questions are: is this even possible? If so, have you implemented something like this into your own store and how did you achieve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This is doable. It is either adding it in the product page or at the check out but this will require custom coding

The easiest way to add custom fields onto your customer registration form is by installing a third-party app. There are a few apps on our Shopify App Store here that can help you achieve this. This one is a popular and highly-rated choice though, so feel free to take a closer look at that one in particular.
Just a note that apps like these are made by third-party developers outside of Shopify. So if you need more information about the app, you can get in touch with the app support team directly, as they’d be best equipped to answer app specific questions.
