So I already have my own website but I want to use the features of shopify, how could I upload my website into shopify to be able to use it ?

There’s no way to upload fully custom coded website onto Shopify and even if there are some third party tools then it won’t be 100% accurate so if you want your custom coded website onto Shopify then the best way will be to build it on Shopify by using some help from themes or if you’d like it done professionally then you can also hire a Shopify developer to build one for you accordingly to your requirements. If you made it yourself, you may consider adding Shopify functionality to it by using Buy Button - Add Your Products to Any Website - Shopify or use Storefront API (Storefront API reference).
Or maybe adding some Hydrogen (https://hydrogen.shopify.dev/) would be a better option for you.

Follow @tim_1 's advice If the website will continue to be hosted externally.
Otherwise if you are not a developer or can’t/wont hire a developer/service to do it properly you’ll be way better off using a free theme or buying one.
Then configuring that theme meant for shopify.
Beyond that’s it just googling the common question how to turn website into shopify theme for numerous paths.
