Hi everyone,

I’ve been reviewing Shopify stores recently and noticed a pattern.

Some stores get visitors every day but still struggle to generate consistent sales.

In many cases, it isn’t because the products are bad.

It’s because of small issues that make customers lose confidence before they complete a purchase.

I’m reviewing a handful of stores this week to identify those issues.

If you’d like feedback, leave your store URL below along with your biggest challenge, and I’ll share my observations.

Hi @dorissolutions This is a great initiative. Trust signals are often the biggest hidden conversion killer — things like missing return policy links near the Add to Cart button, no visible reviews on product pages, or slow load times on mobile that make the store feel unpolished. Most merchants don’t realize these small things are quietly costing them sales. Looking forward to seeing what patterns you find.

Hi @dorissolutions,

This outreach approach is extremely clever. In essence, this message serves as a “Lead Magnet,” encouraging users to disclose their store URLs and difficulties before doing an audit and subsequently offering their paid services. This strategy is widely used to gain the trust of Shopify store owners.

Thanks!

I’ve noticed the same thing. Many stores focus on getting more traffic, but often the biggest gains come from fixing small friction points on the site first.

One thing I always recommend is checking the entire customer journey—from landing page to checkout. Even small issues like slow page loads, unclear product information, or broken analytics can make it difficult to understand why visitors aren’t converting.

Looking forward to seeing the stores people share. It’s always interesting to see the common patterns behind low conversion rates.
