The account owner of my facebook page does not exist anymore. So I’m only an administrator which prevents me from accessing some functions. I would like to connect my Shopify store to my Instagram and Facebook networks but I can’t as I’m just an administrator of the page. Do you know how to do this?

it will take some time to get ownership of the page.
I recommend reporting the page. The best way is to go to the page, and click the three dots next to the CTA button. Then choose the option report a page.
This will show up:
Choose Intelectual Property and describe the problem, be prepared to provide:
- Copy of Valid ID such as Drivers Licence or Passport.
- A notarised and signed statement detailing your relationship with the business and authority to request a change in ownership.
- The Facebook account or email address associated with the Facebook Page that you would like as the new owner.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information you have provided is true and accurate.
FB support will contact how to process further.
