Hi Shopify,
Several individuals in my agency, including the client, have attempted to download without success. Following your suggestion, I also tried to download using my mobile, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.
I’ve attempted the following troubleshooting steps and still have had no luck:
- Verified that the browser’s cookie preferences are not set to ‘Block All Cookies’.
- Accessed the shop in an Incognito Tab.
- Tried accessing the shop from another browser (e.g., Chrome or Firefox) with cookies not blocked.
- Attempted the download on another device.
- Restarted my device.
