Suddenly Shopify Inbox notifications were turned off somehow. I am not able to turn it back on now. I cleared the cache and re-installed the app as suggested here in 2019. It didn’t work. Does anyone else experience this? The error says `At your request, Android is blocking this app’s notifications from appearing on this device.’

Same, none of the solutions I have found online work.
This also is an issue for myself as well. Pixel 7 pro is not receiving notifications and Android will not allow notifications to turn back on even checking a few notification options, the slider will not react to touch.
Suddenly today, the notification permission request window popped up and now the issue is resolved. I didn’t change anything so this is not a solution, it just works now.
