A few days ago I started to receive multiple order notifications on my iphone. After trying everything recommended online I decided to delete the app and reinstall it. Now when I go into Notifications and Shopify App there is not a toggle for notifications at all. How do I get the notifications toggle back? I went into the app and went to settings and store notifications and it states I need to allow notification on my phone settings but when I go into my phone settings there is no toggle. I contacted Shopify and they were not able to fix it. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. Two days ago, I undated my iphone to IOS 16.2. Then no longer received shopify notifications on my phone. All my other notifications are still working. I tried everything I could find to fix it with no success. Then, I deleted the Shopify app and reinstalled. Now, I have the same issue as you.
I reached out to Shopify with the issue. They are now saying it is a known issue and will get back to via email. They would not give me any ETA.
Unfortunately I have not heard back from them. Yesterday I was too busy to follow up. I will follow up today and let you know if I have any success.
Shopify is now asking for screenshots. I just sent them. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Solution 2: Clear Shopify App cache files – that is what worked for me.

In the meantime, please close the app and open it again. You should then be prompted to enable notifications.

Closing and re-opening the app did not work. I reboot the phone and now I am able to turn notifications on. Now, I just have to wait for an order to see if it really works!
