I figured out Changing background color of Search /Cart bar in Minimal Theme

Hi I would like to change color of header bar where “Search and Cart” are shown in Minimal Theme. I believe there used to be a menu to change colors in Dashboard before, but not anymore. I looked everywhere, google and youtube, but could not find the answer. Anyone please please help me. Thanks,
