I forgot the email i used and if possible want it changed i have the credit card i used in the account any help?!

You can use this Link to enter your email address and have your store details sent to you. If the store details are sent to you, check and ensure you’re attempting to sign into the proper myshopify.com URL. If the details are not sent to you, the email address is likely not what’s being used.

Thanks, but i already got in contact with someone and we figured the best thing to do was to wait for me to get charged and then send the information to you guys so you can locate my email address and deactivate the account, since i did not remember the name og the email neither had any access to it.

I’m glad you were able to solve the issue. Another way to solve this would be to go to our recovery page and enter all the emails you have until you find the one that works. Then you will be able to log into your account and change the email on the account. Both ways will work, but I wanted to offer you another option.
