I've forgot my store login email adress

Hello! I forgot the email adress after a long time in which i did not log in into my shopify store"https://light-house-glass.myshopify.com/" and it keeps getting money of my credit card for the subscription, i can prove that is my site with my credit card. I’ve tried the email adress that i tought it was but it’s not working. On my website i have a section that says contact me and if i write a message and sent it, i receive it on my email adress, but when i try to log in it says that is not matching any account.

I understand you’re unable to remember the email address used to log in to your Shopify store. While we can’t access or retrieve this information for you via our community forum, I can suggest some tips to help you regain access.

Could you try using our Recovery Tool to enter an email address that you think may be linked to the account? By entering your email address in this tool, it will email you a list of store(s) associated with that email address.

You also mentioned you’re actively being billed to your credit card for the subscription plan. By any chance, could you check any email address you have created to locate the Shopify bill? You can filter your search by typing in Shopify bill to see what results it pulls up. If you can locate a Shopify bill in one of your emails, that could be the email linked to the store.

Lastly, if you’ve exhausted all options above with no results, I recommend contacting our support via the Shopify Help Center. To bypass the login, please select ‘Can’t log in to your Shopify account > I still can’t access my account.’ On the following page, scroll to the Get Support section and select ‘Chat with us’ option to be connected with a live chat advisor.
