I have orders that say fulfilled but they also say not completed, Am I missing something?

My shop is pretty new and so I am still learning, so maybe someone can clear this up for me. I am using AliExpress/ Alidrop & Dropshipman to fulfill my orders. But I have the auto-fulfill option that I have been using for Dropshipman, and it’s been fulfilling my orders for me. So far ALL of my orders have been via Tiktok shop and they all say that they are fulfilled on my Shopify account. Yet when I go to Tiktok, it says that I have not fulfilled or shipped any orders and I have had a lot of people cancelling their (free sample) orders. What am I missing? I transferred over my warehouse (shipping) from Tiktok to Seller Ship so I can go straight from my platforms, so what step did I miss? It’s saying I only have 8 days to ship the orders before I have to refund the customer or face a penalty.

It sounds like the orders are not being marked fulfilled in TikTok. If you use an app to automatically do that, I would contact the app directly.

To avoid the penalty, I would manually mark those fulfilled, if they are actually fulfilled, until you find the automated solution.
