Why does my dropshipping order show as fulfilled on Shopify but awaiting on TikTok?

So I’m dropshipping from dser to Shopify and Shopify to tiktok people bought products but idk why but it says fulfilled but in tiktok it says awaiting for order and idk what to do pls help
