Lots of people have reported not receiving it.

Why might this be?
Hi. We find a lot go into the junk box. Ask your customers to check their filters or to check their junk folder.

Can you let me know what software you are using to send these emails?
Ahh I just used Shopify e mail templates. Not used any other as yet. I find them fine. You can adapt to suit your own branding etc.
