I have used all kinds of products in my Shopify Store and created prices, added payment options, but I get a lot of visitors but these visitors don’t reach the shopping cart, I think something is wrong
in my Store. Can you help me check this? I’ve already tried everything. but can’t seem to find anything that could be causing it. Thanks in advance.

Hi @poppersboys , thanks for leaving store URL so we can give out some recommendations. Overall, we think that your store has a lot to improve and it might take a lot of time. Below are just some of our constructive feedbacks on it:

1. Add announcement bar/ Make logo transparent and eye-catching/ Remove store URL bar

We notice that you don’t have an announcement bar at the top but placing a store URL bar, which might not be necessary at the moment. Also, your logo seems a bit off because it contains mainly text but the size is too incompatible. Another thing is that with your current store layout, we suggest that you display all pages on menu bar.

2. Add and separate specific sections on Homepage

We notice that you’re lacking a lot of sections to navigate visitors. Typically, most websites will have Feature products; Collections; testimonials; Blog posts, etc. It’s up to what you actually want to show your visitors but the website should at least consist of basic parts.

3. Re-check your website before launching it

Eliminate any elements that is not working on your site, which causes discomfort for your visitors.

Hope this helps!

Hi there, @poppersboys !

You definitely go wrong with the suggestions that @irene-vintage has shared in this thread. They are one of our top contributors and have helped numerous merchants improve their stores already.

I definitely second ensuring your logo and colors you choose for the site more eye-catching as well as easier to navigate. You can try to use our Shopify Design Policy to help you in this if you are using a Shopify made theme.

Also, given the nature of your products, it is also worth reviewing our Acceptable Use Policy. We also suggest that you consult with your own legal counsel to ensure that your business is not breaking any laws in your jurisdiction as well as those you plan on shipping to.
