I bought the domain from Shopify and now I need an email for my store with the same domain name

It’s a great idea to set up a custom domain email address. This will allow your business to appear more professional, which will then strengthen trust with prospective customers.
To achieve this, you will need to set up email forwarding. Email forwarding is a service that enables you to direct an email message that’s sent from one email address to another email address. Since you have a Shopify-managed domain, then you can set up an unlimited number of custom domain email addresses that are forwarded to your third-party email host.
For example, if you own the domain name johns-apparel.com
, then you can create a custom domain email address info@johns-apparel.com
for your customers to contact and set the forwarding email address to your personal account john@gmail.com
. To do so, you can follow these steps:

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains.

Click Manage for the domain that you want to set up a custom email forwarding address for.

In the Emails section, click Add forwarding email address.

In the Store email address text box, enter the email address that you want to create for your custom domain. You don’t need to type the
@
symbol or anything that follows it. For example if you want the email addressinfo@johns-apparel.com
, then enterinfo

In the Forwarding email address text box, enter your full destination email forwarding address. For example
john@gmail.com

Click Save.

If you want to send an email message from your custom domain then you need to use a third-party email hosting service. While Shopify doesn’t currently offer email hosting natively on our platform, if you’re just starting out, a popular choice to help with setting up your custom email address is Zoho Mail. Otherwise, Google Workspace is also a commonly used provider for hosting your custom email.

Third party site, I already had my domain before I got Shopify
If you use a third-party domain, then you can’t set up email forwarding addresses from your Shopify admin. Email forwarding or hosting might be offered by your third-party domain provider, or you can transfer your domain to Shopify.
