Shopify provides the software that businesses can use to build and manage their online store, but we do not handle their order fulfillment. Thank you for sharing the store link here. I took a look at the website you shared, and I found the store’s email address in their refund policy here. Have you already emailed the store? If so, how long has it been since you contacted them?

I tried the refund policy which is mentioned on the website but there has
been no reply or any other progress regarding it.
