Please I need your help on this issue:
I paused my payment for the Application Loox Product Reviews, and deinstalled it temporarily, because I was not fully ready with building my Store, so I was paying for nothing.
Now all my imported reviews have disappeared from the website. The question: Will I get those reviews back after I reactivate the Loox App? If not, are they somewhere in Loox to be found and reloaded again?

For third party services you need to contact that third parties support directly.
If this means you had the reviews before and you imported them into the app.
That means you would be able to do so again when reinstalling the app.
Beyond that the lesson here is data ownership.
Backup data & know where the data is stored.
Some apps may use metafields to store the info directly on shopify others may store your data in externally in proprietary formats that you cannot access when done with that service.

Generally speaking, Loox stores your data and reviews on the servers up to a year after uninstalling the app.
After a year, due to GDPR regulations and laws, we are required to remove this data from our servers.
If less than a year had passed since uninstalling Loox and you are unable to find your reviews, please reach out to us at support@loox.io and we’d be more than happy to help you out
