I signed up for 1$ for 3 months trail on Shopify as Dropshipping store. But after on the second month they are charging me for 40$, where is the 3 Months trail for 1$ Gone.

During this free trial period, did you make any changes to your store, such as selecting a plan?
Have you already been charged, or did you just see the bill come up in your Settings > Billing?
Have a look there and see if that bill has a date on it, as it might have just come through already for the future when you should be charged in another month by the end of the trial.
