I’m having trouble connecting the Facebook and Instagram sales channel to my Facebook business page.
I’ve followed all the instructions in your setup guide and have tried the basic troubleshooting steps, but I’m still unable to connect.
I’ve double-checked (with a Meta support agent in a live session) that:
- I have a Facebook Business Manager that owns both my Facebook Page and an ad account.
- I have an admin role on both the Facebook Page and the Business Manager.
- My Facebook Page is published and not connected to another Shopify store.
- I have cleared my browser cache and tried a different browser.
- I tried this on my laptop and in the Shopify mobile app.
- I uninstalled the app for 24 hours (as the Shopify support team recommended) and tried the operation again.
I’m still seeing error messages, and the connection simply fails.
Could you please provide further assistance in troubleshooting this issue? I’m eager to connect my Facebook Page to my Shopify store and start using the integrated features.
