Image Banner Isn't Mobile Friendly (Dawn theme)

Hey,

Hoping someone can help!

I am currently using the Dawn theme but I can’t seem to make the image banner mobile friendly. On my other store, I use the Debut theme and it works with no issues. The image banner looks perfect on desktop:

But it just cuts it off completely on mobile and doesn’t resize at all:

I have also tried using the image slider instead of image banner and I have the exact same issue.
