Implementation of multiple delivery date and time rules

Does anyone know of a Shopify app that allows the application of all five of the following rules regarding the user’s delivery date and time selection?

(1) Delivery is available Monday through Saturday
(2) Delivery time is available from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00
(3) However, same-day delivery can only be specified from 15:00 to 17:00 (for example, if you want to deliver on the 30th from the moment it hits midnight on Wednesday, the 30th, only 15:00 to 17:00 can be specified)
(4) After 11:00, same-day delivery is not available and can be specified from the next day.
(5) For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by 15:00 on Friday.

I am using Estimated Delivery Pickup: EDP, but it seems that settings (3) and (5) are not available in this app.
