Importing Google Custom Labels but they don't appear in MC or Google Ads

Hi,

Our Google Merchant Centre and Ads account is fully linked with Shopify and we run a number of successful ad campaigns.

However when I try to import custom labels via the product import sheet, they don’t appear in Merchant Centre and subsequently don’t appear in Google Ads.

Does anyone know why they would fail to import correctly? It has been over a week since we added them to the product data. Everytime I export the data I can see that there data is still present in the Custom label columns.

This seems to be an APP problem, get in touch with Shopify Support.

Alternatively, apply the custom labels directly in Google Merchant Center using rules or supplement feeds.
