Hi, does anyone know of a way of importing CusRev reviews to Shopify?

When it comes to moving reviews between review platforms, you typically can use CSV imports and exports to get this done. As CusRev is external to Shopify, I wouldn’t be able to advise on if reviews from their platform can be imported to another review platform, but it could be possible! I recommend reaching out to CusRev’s Team directly to ask how you can import their reviews to Shopify. If it turns out it’s possible using CSVs, you should be able to download a product reviews app that can accept csv imports so you can move your reviews into this new reviews app, and have them presented in your store! Once you find a product reviews app to use in your Shopify Store, it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to them to see if their app is able to accept CSV imports from external review platforms.
