Is the Impulse Theme Shopify or 3rd Party Theme?
I receive a DMCA takedown notice used the Impulse Theme it’s been about 1 and a half year.
And now i get the DMCA…since it been over 1 year usage would they try to take the site down if i appeal that it wasn’t my fault?

Impulse is a third-party theme, sold on the Shopify theme store (https://themes.shopify.com/themes/impulse/styles/modern).
If you’re receiving a DMCA takedown notice for using the theme, it means you haven’t purchased the theme via the theme store (thus, you don’t have a license to use it). You’ll either need to purchase a copy of the theme, or else switch to a new theme (and then reply to the email, saying you’ve done so).
Also – double-check that the DMCA email is actually coming from an @Shopify_77 .com email address, and that it references the theme you’re using.
If in doubt, you should reach out to Shopify’s support team directly, for clarification.
