For showing no of buyers or how many people are buying you can use an app, i dont know because i mostly code and this can definitely be done with custom code. The other thing of showing detailed info of the product, can you elaborate more on that please?

If you want to show number of products sold, that can be done with a metafield on products for the starting inventory either as a static inventory or using shopify-flow.
Or if you mean “now buying” toasts(popups) that shows previous/current orders that could be done with shopify flow and theme customizations.
