Incorrect 1099-K - No update & Now facing penalities + costs

I noticed my 1099-K was addressed to me (personal name, social security number + outdated address) and contacted shopify in the first week of march asking if I could amend it to reflect my correct tax information (Business name, EIN & current address - all information that shopify has already).

I’ve yet to hear from the tax team & have already incurred penalities & additional filing fees due to the error & delay.

I wanted to ask what the average waiting time is for hearing back from the tax team & if theres a way I could update the information on my end? I havent been contacted to provide any information or received any sort of correspondence so I’m currently at a loss on what to do.
