Hey folks, this has been an issue for a couple of months now, the order totals on the new checkout extensibility order status page are incorrect for fixed selling plans. Here is what they look like vs the standard order status page. it’s making products seem way more expensive then at checkout and it’s worrying some merchants who offer deposits. Halp.

Hi, Diana. Thanks for letting us know. When you say the order status page (OSP) is incorrect for checkout extensibility, do you mean for the out-of-the-box checkout extensibility OSP is incorrect? Or is this an custom OSP from an app or that the merchant has customized?

This is the new checkout extensibility out of the box OSP when an order was sold with a fixed selling plan. Let me know if you’d like steps to reproduce the issue.

We can reproduce this locally. We continue to investigate.

It appears this was all just because in the early days of Checkout Extensibility, we exposed a temporary version of the Order Status Page that didn’t support all cases. You should no longer be seeing this behaviour. If you see anything incorrect now, please create a new report.
