I’m facing a serious issue with Google Search Console (GSC) regarding indexing and sitemap crawling for my Shopify store - https://www.creslia.com. Despite trying multiple solutions, my homepage is still not indexed, and none of the URLs from my sitemap are being discovered or crawled.
Background- Domain Change: My store was previously on https://creslia.com (non-www). Yesterday, I updated it to https://www.creslia.com and set up proper 301 redirects from non-www to www.
- Platform: Shopify
What I’ve Done So Far- Submitted the updated sitemap: https://www.creslia.com/sitemap.xml in GSC (Google Search Console)

Verified proper 301 redirects for all non-www URLs

Requested indexing for the main page multiple times via GSC

Checked robots.txt - it includes the sitemap and does not block crawling

Confirmed that Shopify’s sitemap contains correct references (like sitemap_products_1.xml, etc.)
Current Issues#### 1. Homepage Not Indexed- GSC shows: “URL is not on Google” for https://www.creslia.com/

Canonical mismatch: My declared canonical is https://www.creslia.com/, but Google chose https://creslia.com/
2. Sitemap Not Crawling- Sitemap says: “Sitemap index processed successfully”, but Total Discovered URLs: 0
- URL Inspection for the sitemap shows “URL is unknown to Google”, no crawl history
3. Google & YouTube App Issue- My Google & YouTube app on Shopify shows 0 products, but in my Merchant Center, I can see 908 approved products. Connected with my Shopify App only. no other Product content Source.
What I Need Help With- Why is the homepage still not indexed, even after a successful crawl and proper canonical?

Any idea why products aren’t syncing properly between Shopify’s Google & YouTube app and Merchant Center?

I’m not a developer or expert in digital marketing. I’ve done my best to troubleshoot this with the resources I could find. I’m hoping someone in this amazing community or the Shopify support team can guide me on how to fix this properly.
