I have 3 products / product pages created but the accordian that I added to them cannot be individualized – when I edit one, it immediately copies the same to the other. HOw can I edit each product page individual?

Two ways you could do this:
Option 1: Create different product page template and assign them to your products. This allows you to design different layouts for your product page and assign these to different products. Here’s a video tutorial.
Option 2: Create product metafields and reference them on your product template. Metafields let you create new fields on your products to surface product-specific information (i.e. sizes, ingredients, instructions, care guides, etc). Here’s a video tutorial.
