Insert dynamic keyword on landing page for Google Ads

I couldn’t find an app about this but I saw some webshop platforms having this function build in. It uses the Google Ads custom url parameter function to then code the keyword into the landing page. This makes it so you score high on landing page relevancy in Google Ads. This is quite usefull and I guess could be coded with java script. But I need an easier way, it must be out there.

In short: Customer’s keyword input on Google Search makes the landing page automatically inject those keywords in most importantly the heading or in multiple areas on the product page.

Is there otherwise a simple way to code this with java script for the product headings only? Would be so good.

Anyone familiar with this?
